Display your creative spirit here in the Pink Poogle Toy Gallery. It can be art... it can be music... it can be a poem (even haiku)... but most of it... it must be you.

Elurial wrote:The Gwallas are cheery, peaceful creatures who live and play amongst the clouds of Faerieland. Close cousins of the Polaflints who live on Terror Mountain, the Gwallas spend most of their time frolicking at the place closest to where the clouds meet the mountains.

Gwallas have a deep-seated love for music, especially singing, and on clear nights, dreaming Neopians can often hear the song of the Gwallas drifting down from the clouds.

Aww, I love that one - not as much as I do the polaflints naturally but still ;) Great work, I really like your descriptions of all these pets =)

And happy birthday! :)

Hey Elurial!

I love what you've done with the latest 3 species!

The Gwallas were so cute, you did an excellent job!!!

((Hmm, after 10 days of no PPT, I've had severe withdrawal symptoms, I'm so happy it's all back))

HeHe. I think we were all having PPT withdrawals on some level.

I'd love to say that I have a few new pets to post, but I don't. I have just been so busy lately I haven't had the time, and unfortunately, it doesn't look like getting better anytime soon.

I will try and post a new pet every so often as time and creativity permits, but I can't make any promises. I will eventually get through the pets... it's just going to take me a while.

Well I'll just sit here and wait... maybe try to draw my own... *scribbles on paper*.. oh, it's just not as good as yours!!

Okay, first new pet in a while... personally, I don't think it's as good as some of the other pets I've done, but then, I'll be honest... I wasn't exactly chuffed with the pet to begin with. And now, thanks to TNT, it's had a name change and is now available as a petpet.

Anywho... introducing the

Slymook

Like many of Neopia's alien pets, the Slymooks can trace their heritage back to the moon of Kreludor. There, they made a living as fossickers, hunting through piles of space debris for treasure and other valuable resources.

These days, they dwell primarily on the Space Station, where they have been charged with keeping the Station clean. They still hunt for treasure as they work, but with all the trash floating around the Station, the pickings are slim.

I'll see how I go with getting another pet (the Swaq) done as soon as possible, but I'm expecting it won't be before next week.

We'll see though...

I want a shadow one!!!

AWWWW!

The white Slymook is SOOO cute!

Yay. Next update... and a couple of days earlier than expected. But then, I wasn't expecting to be off work with the flu either. Stupid germs...

Anyway, I have to apologise because I don't have a nice introductory story to go with this pet... my brain's too clouded to even attempt something that requires thought. So, I'll have to leave it for later... unless someone wants to do the work for me and suggest a description...? Or maybe not... I'm a glory hog and like doing all the work myself :P

That said, allow me to present the

Swaq

Until recently, it was believed that apart from the Krawks, Krawk Island was a desolate rock until the pirates moved in. However, recent forays into the jungled rock where now rests the Golden Dubloon, revealed a second creature that has, for generations, called Krawk Island home... the Swaq.

Although highly social creatures, the Swaqs went into hiding when the pirates first came to Krawk Island. The drab colours and gruff demeanour of the pirates unnerved them, and they withdrew to the safety of the jungle where they watched the pirates expand across the island.

Recently, however, the pirates have begun pushing into what little jungle was left, leaving the Swaqs with little choice but to venture forth from their hiding place and into the world once more.

This was fun... the colours are so vibrant (well, except Brown - which looks drab - and Shadow... and perhaps white). I totally adore the White Swaq though... or the not-so-White Swaq as the case may be. HeHe.

Wow. I just read through the whole topic, and I'm amazed at all of these pets. I can't believe I haven't seen this before :P

Wow, I love the shades for the Pink and Purple Swaq! They're bright and they look great. Good work! :)

Well, updated the description of the Swaq finally... and have a new pet ready to upload. Yay me. Unfortunately, between returning to work and writing the description for the Swaq, I haven't actually given any thought to the description for this pet. So yea... I'll see if I can think of something before the night is through, but I don't like my chances. I feel sorta brain-dead at the moment.

Might be a case of running behind with my descriptions until I find a pet where the description just leaps out at me (like it has in the past)...

Anywho... please allow me to introduce the

Gortooga

Okay, no description as of yet... but I'll see what I can do. Anywho, I loved the pet. All the colours turned out so well. I tried something new with the Shadow Gortooga, and I love the way it came out with the grey lines on solid black. Well, at least that's how it looks to me. Other than that, I completely adore the Pink and White Gortoogas.

:D

That is...bizarre. Great job, very well done...but bizarre.

I don't like the blue one. Looks too bluish. Looks like snow or ice...
