Try scanning for viruses, spyware, and adware, if you want to go all out.

Well, if you think it's safe, try searching on google for free trials of virus scanners.

I do a spyware scanner, I'm doing that now.
I do have a virus scanner (norton) I try to open it, and it closes, stupid computer!!!!
EditL I found the thing that was sent to me, I deleted it, but I still have problems.

How much of your memory are you using? You may have to restart your computer.

Ok so you have plenty. Try installing Ad-Aware at lavasoft.com, and try that. If there is no change, try re-installing Norton as long as you don't lose your registered program.

Stupid Virus, I can't even use my MSN, it always screws up! ARGH!
