What is your face shape? People have a round face like me, its good to get a bob.

I forget the exact term, but it's not round.

based on the picture, i'd say you should get a cut that has some hair going over your forehead.
i think you would look fabulous with black hair. even better, black with a few colored streaks, like blue or purple, including one small streak in the part that goes across your forehead.
length: cut it, but don't cut it above your chin. maybe half an inch past it.

Hmm. I don't know about my mom going for black, but the coloured streaks might work out.

I agree with Yukio, shave it all off! Low-maintinence(sp?), meh.

i am a huge, huge fan of the shaved head (i sport one myself every now and then), but i don't think she has the head for it.
not saying you don't have a beautiful head, nani, but more that your head is better suited for hair. longer hair, even.
oooh, try to talk your mom into the black! it really would be gorgeous.

I remember when I got a layered cut...uber curly hair+layers= afro
