Does anyone know a good site(s) that has a good selection of backgrounds and/or music? I am working on my shop on Neopets for the first time in a long time and don't know what the good sites are anymore.

Hrm... Besides soup-faerie.com and neoholic.com I can't think of any. I just wanted to suggest that you don't use music in your shop -- I know that if I enter a shop with music I will most likely close the window as soon as possible. And it's not just me, other people avoid shops with music and other busy stuff. Just keep it plain and simple and make sure text is easily readable.

Cloudneo.com has a lot of really great backgrounds, blogs, and such. And, they aren't just run of the mill backgrounds. I mean, everywhere you go you see soup faerie. Cloudneo is a nice change of pace.

Exactly my advice. I hear music, I click "back" and don't buy from the shop. I'll go back to the wiz and buy the next-lowest-priced item instead.

I dont even really like shop backgrounds either. I love a simple shop with no backgrounds that loads fast so I can buy what I want quickly

Like most of the others have said though, music isn't always a good idea as some people will avoid your shop (I happen to be another person who'll do this, I know when I used to have a modem connection sometimes shops with music would cause my computer to lag or even freeze).
