I've made a layout for a friend... and I thought I knew how to code it but then I got most of the way done and realised I messed up! Here is how far I got.

http://www.geocities.com/rubyeyesalpha/

It needs to look like that but the deal is, I need to do it with frames and I forgot. I want it to stay at the page http://www.moochicken.com while your going through the links. I wanted it to just change the box where it says News and Updates. Does anyone know how to code frames that can help me? I know how to make it in the box but I dont know how I would write the frame codeing in HTML, or even java.

Don't use frames :/ It's old, bad and kinda sucks :P
The only kinda frame that is "good" is an Iframe, but you could just use a divlayer for that too.
I'll make something when I get home from school

actually a div wont meat the criteria of the URL staying at http://www.moochicken.com/ . however, i absolutely hate it when a site does that cuz you don't know what page your at. The only way to tell is, in mozilla, to click view page info...

Since these are no longer temporary forums, I will update my signature.
