The Town of White River is a settlement in the narrowest point along the White River. When the player first gets here. the brige is nou of order due to the evil wizard Zombom cast a spell on it. In the other side, Mipsy can be found here.
History
White River was founded ages ago, before recorded time as Jeltharo. It was built at the narrowest point along the White River itself, to make passage to the Northern Marches easier. Naturally, a town grew up here. Most of the citizens are either minor wizards, mages or merchants, dealing in trade with other cities in Meridell.
