Vanderbart Biggsby, styling himself as Apple Bobbing Bart, is a Green Gnorbu originally from Neovia. He hosts the Apple Bobbing booth at the Haunted Faire in the Haunted Woods in October, which moves to Neovia after the Faire ends. In several instances he's hinted at being an unsavory character, emphasized by his hat which he is very protective of.

- He is currently featured in three items, all of which are prizes from Apple Bobbing.
- He partnered up with Eliv Thade during the first Haunted Faire, sending Neopians on quests to gather the items Eliv needed to make voodoo dolls.
- If you notice his hat's reflection in the water during Apple Bobbing, you will not get a prize and your active Neopet will drop a level in happiness.
