An Arkmite
The Arkmite is a Maraquan Petpet resembling a hammerhead shark. They were discovered by Talek who trained them to be loyal guard fish. Arkmites were released as petpets on June 10, 2005.

As of October 2008, the Arkmite can come in 7 different colours.

- The Christmas Arkmite was an Advent Calendar item and cannot be painted, nor can other Arkmites be painted Christmas.
