Capsule 5: Teemyte (R98 - 375 nps). Seriously. SERIOUSLY!? Sigh. If this hadn't been in the daily quest pool last pool, it would've at least been a couple hundred thousand, but...nope. Meanwhile, MLP pulled her at least third multimillion item.

The dialogue today was...strange.

Day 12 Bonus: Jhudoras Swirling Cocktail
Day 12 Quest: Fountain, Drinking Lenny Toy (512)... a dip, of course. Had to dip BFD again before claiming the reward, but now I am dipping for colors that come with clothes for future use I may need to change BFD's gender to get the other Elderly clothing set.

Yeah. Maybe it is just me, but the dialog was rather... suggestive, and not in a "fun" way. Not sure of a kid-friendly way to put it here, but it was uncomfortable and icky in parts.

Blue, those were my exact thoughts on the dialogue as well. Just yesterday, I asked my physical therapist to change the channel in the office because the show spent the entire ten minutes I was on the treadmill blaming the victim of a SA for what happened to her. (They changed it and asked for my preference, and I was like, I'm open to literally anything else that doesn't do that.) And now today this icky dialogue.

And it still somehow barely made sense.

Quest: Battle, Magical Water Nimmo Feet, 155k+ on SW (JN lists as 6800 NP). Hmm. Well, the codestones for the three HP would only average around 77k. I might be willing to pay a little extra for the time savings, but I'd rather the people causing such massive inflation not get rewarded. I checked all the places JN says it restocks, and I made some wishes at the well, but this may end up being the first quest I reject.

Refresh quest could have really come in handy today.

So right now, the only stat changes I have to record are 2 or 3 trainings for HP at one additional red for each (I was driving when my first timer of the day went off and didn't remember to train for over an hour, so I may not wake up for the last one of the evening now). Making a note here so I can make a note later with the specifics.

Edit: a generous friend made the item mysteriously appear in my inventory, so my net stats are +3 HP, + 3 str, +3 def (6 reds saved), and I did only get 2 trainings in yesterday, so that's -2 reds cost by bumping early (net +4 reds)

I should be getting 3 trainings in today, so today's net is -3 reds.

I'm now only 36 trainings max away from when I would have had to bump up to three reds/training (and I still have my 9pm one from today to do that I've already accounted for). I should do the calculations and see if I've already broken even.

I would love it if I could manage one of the stamps I'm missing in the last couple days, but I'm not counting on it. The odds of getting a stamp are so low as it is.

Today's dialogue felt disjointed, like it would've made more sense if it was a comic and we could see what was happening. Also...I didn't realize that both Jhudora and Illusen were possessed yesterday? When I went back and looked at the images again, though, you can see that Jhudora was singing. O.o

Wow. That was a....brilliant...item.

Apparently if you didn't already have it, today you got the avatar that was given out last year for visiting and collecting the item on the quest page every day. If you already had it, you had a Shreegla VI mysteriously appear in your inventory.

We might not have any further quests/free items tomorrow...but we will probably(?) have one more day of recycling.

I am personally hoping that any steps that need to be taken tomorrow are quick, and that there are a big whopping none on Thursday. And possibly Friday. And...who knows how long after that.

What was the avatar? I received the Shreegla VI, so I'll assume I got the avatar last year, but...

...ah. It is the Illusen vs Jhudora. I must have received it last year, because I do have it.


Only 1 more day of FF? I guess that's good. I do not have all that many "good" donation items. Best I have in bulk right now appears to be hairy snowball, but it's only a 6 point donation, not 8... Good 'nuff for today

13 reds saved net just today, and finishing (?) with ~19 HP away from where I would have bumped up (just started my third training of today, so the max away I'll be is 19 if I get no training bonus).

Well, it's pretty clear bumping up on the first day was well worth it! I'll do the final calculations in a bit, but I definitely saved more than it cost me in codestones -- plus all the time savings, despite having one fewer training per day now.

Just for fun, I calculated how long it would take me to reach level 500/the last faerie ability (including cheaply training HP along the way, of course), using SunnyNeo's calculator. I should be there before the end of January, even missing a training here and there, at a cost of ~1220 reds (minus bonuses and quests) or ~10.5M NP worth at current prices (though I'm only having to buy every few days right now thanks to drops). (The ability doesn't actually look that useful, but maybe the extra HP eventually will be, if the BD challengers ever get tough.)
