Gloat: I just hit 1,000,000 shares of stocks.

Cry: I just hit 1,000,000 shares of stocks because I haven't been able to sell any stocks in months. And I busted in the FC today because I didn't follow my gut to create double-safeties with low probability. Had I followed my gut, I'd have upgraded my trophy to gut. (Still, the double safety only had 1.2% chance of probability of winning, so my bets weren't wrong in the long term. In the short term, though, it stinks.)

ETA: Gloat: I just squeaked into the top 5 in the CC despite my late start. Heading to bed now, but I could really use as many votes as you can spare! Thanks!

ETA some indeterminate time later: I won 220:80 (nearly 2M NP gross, or over 1M net) in Food Club for a trophy run. I ended up just out of range for bronze because reset day didn't happen. *sigh* Still, I can't complain about 1M extra NP!

ETA (someone else really needs to gloat and cry...): Gloat: I just beat NQ2 on insane. Cry: I got the buyable (83k prize). Seriously, that's way too much of a disparity in possible prizes, TNT! 83k vs. 500k vs. 1M vs. 1.5M? Uggghhhhh. And I can't even try for a better one since it's a one-shot deal. Totally stinky, TNT.

Gloat: Received 5,000 NP from the Council Chamber today.

Cry: 'twas a glitch. I didn't actually get anything.

Gloat: I've had at least 5 stocks (maybe 6?) hit 60 in the last 2-3 weeks. I've sold most of them at 61. My bank account is VERY happy, and my stock list is noticeably shorter.
Cry: Missed DROO and CYBU at their highs. Ah well.

On the downside, I managed to miss a zero off pricing an expensive book, and someone got all 4 of them for 4,000 nps instead of 40,000. Blah! I have always been careful, so I am upset with myself for not noticing the mistake.



Reading the boards, this seems to be another glitch. Avatar events are being given, although you have already got them earlier.

Gloat: Won ~350k net in Food Club today (49:10). Cry: Could have doubled my winnings had I had more faith in my new betting system (one based on EV instead of probability); I wanted to add an additional bet, so I combined two bets of Blackbeard+Tail+third pirate into just Blackbeard+Tail -- and one of those two "third pirate"s won, too!

Sold MPC at 60...which caused me to hit my next bank account goal. Time to start either training again, or working on my gallery. Hm. A tough decision.

ETA: Picked up a Neopets 14th Birthday Goodie Bag off a daily today. Tossed it in my SDB for now, but it'll be a nice thing to sell later!

ETA2: Won NC off the Expellibox for the first time in ages. Guess that makes up for the crafting quest that I did yesterday...

Scored a Fifty Dubloon Coin at Anchor Management today

Cry: Due to glitchiness, when I started my training today, it ate 2 codestones (as in, I bought them, it took the money, I think they ended up in my inventory, but training didn't register them and then they were gone)....so instead of having to buy 5, I had to buy 7. Very uncool.

Finally managed to get the Chocolate AV!!!! OMG! I am never, ever using another avatar again. LOL. That only took 11 years, and 3 different accounts.

EDIT: What is with the major lag all of a sudden (I know it has been ongoing for awhile, but) it is taking upwards of 30 seconds one minute to load a page.

Won a Pirate Draik Morphing Potion from Anchor Management!!!

Selling it off so I can get my good weapons quicker.

Cry: Restocked on codestones today to start focusing on training again. I had only a couple codestones, so it set my bank account back 2.2 million to bring it up to 20 of each type. Eeesh. Ah well. Training is up and going again, and thanks to the Faerie Quest event (and the cookie), I'm already moving along quite nicely (and won't have to train level for something around 20hp, either, which is nice!).

Gloat: Won a Pirate Draik Egg off forgotten shore, woot!
Also, The Discarded Magical Blue Grundo Plushie of Prosperity healed my sick pet today - that was a nice surprise!
