Why are they secret avatars? For the other species such avatars are non-secret, so shouldn't the Yurble avatar be non-secret too?

I sent that question to the editorial, but they didn't have in the edition of last week-end. It true that it shouldn't be a secret avatar. It's just one normal color of a Yurple, it isn't special at all. There is no others secret avatars featuring a plain species, they all have been painted, or are some special characters.

But I guess it's TNT's tactic to make the Yurple more popular.

Surely! :)

But Yurple's in it self are VERY VERY CUTE and ADORABLE! :D

So I dont think it will be hard to make it popular! :)

Abusing your high altitude living space. For shame!

I think they did it as a secret avatar because it adds to peoples collections, and once they released it that way, there wasn't any way to reconfigure it as a default, it would mess up the high scores and stuf like that.

I would agree.
There could easily be a technical chalenge (i bet they used numbering). Also, it's wierd to add default avatars later on.

I think that what they did instead (making it an increadibly easy avatar that anyone can get) is a good solution. The fuzzy little guys can get a fancier avatar on their first birthday

I agree that they decided to make it a secret avatar to get everyone hyped up about the yurble, though I do hope a default is on the way, for the newbies.

I was thinking about that the other day, it's a pretty boring av, I reckon if they were going to make it secret, they could at least have spruced it up a bit :P

Oh well!
