Hi all! (new here!...not on neopets, though )

I'm having issues with my laptop (have since I got it 2.5 years ago) I can't buy from the neopets shops. I click on the pet to lock in my offer, but they tell me I haven't (like I've clicked on the wrong area of the picture--even though I didn't.) I know this is something with my browser/internet/computer/whatever settings. But does anyone know what I should check? My internet security settings aren't all that high/restrictive, neither is my anti-virus/firewall software. So if anyone (who is more computer-inclined than I am) has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Oooh, I hate that error. I think it's the most annoying one on Neopets. Sometimes I get that error when I haven't cleared my cache in a while--you could try that.

I've never had that problem myself but I'd probably do what Pudding suggested; clearing the cache.
