I went in to get a physical today, and I noticed my heart rate was down to 59 bpm after all my training for this year's running season. So I'm just curious, what's the bpm's around PPT?

62 for me, which is ok. By the end of teh year I'll probably be down to 59 at least though.

Mine's about 80, or was a couple years ago. Come to think of it, it might be drastically different now, since I was 17 then and had a very different lifestyle.
...
Yep, just measured and I'm closer to 75. That's not bad for a nonathletic person who likes nothing better than sleep.

Mine's about 62 beats per minute - surprisingly much lower than I expected since I'm a bit over what my weight should be and my physical activity is minimal. When I do work out though, my heartbeat spikes to up close to 200... it's crazy.

47 beats per minute. This was while I was ACTUALLY resting though--I was lying in bed almost asleep and decided to check it.

Hmmm I want to get mine lower. I hear meditation works wonders.

There was a time when I could get my resting heart rate as low as 37bpm but that was due to my radical regime of swim train, school, more swim train, gym and meditation. I think now because I'm no longer swimming my resting heart rate is something like 45bpm or maybe more......then again I am extremely unfit at the moment so I guess it's more around 60.

EDIT:
Disregard. I have no clue what I'm talking about.

I measured and it was somewhere around 60-63. I need to start running to get it down.
