It's not for me either now. Oh well, got one game in!

The glitch is fixed. Close and restart your Yooyuball, SS, and MSN windows to allow the scores to update correctly.

Sadly my normal day started around the time the glitch was fixed, which basically means I will end up playing at most 3 hrs in the evening :( . At least I got a good sleep :)

It was almost 7pm here by the time it was fixed, then my internet connection died about 10.30pm. Still I've got all day tomorrow to play, and I need about 200 games to get to All Star so all being well I might just manage it.

Really pleased as I've finally got my GPG to 11!

Well, I did it shortly into starting to play last night. Here's my current stats:

Goals Scored 22,197
Number of Wins 1,900
Slushie Slinger
Games Played 170
Make Some Noise
Games Played 975

Rank: All-Star

I'm not sure if I'll be able to make all my goals. The game goals (2000+ wins, 200 SS, and 1200 MSN) won't be hard, but I've been trying hard to pull my Goals per game average up to 12, and I'm not quite there (I'm at 11.68). Here's hoping I can pull it off!

Very many congrats to Pickles and the other PPT All-Stars. :peace: You have the kind of dedication I can't even comprehend!

My YYB scores aren't going through. :x I noticed the game was really laggy but didn't notice until about ten games in that none of them were being saved. TNT, get it together... I have to do three times my normal daily quota during the finals to meet my bronze shield target!

Oh that's annoying when that happens. I've got a habit now of refreshing my page after every one or two games, just to make sure they're submitting.

Well done to all those who have reached All-Star... still hoping I might just get there before it finishes.

Mine are going through again now. But the game is behaving very oddly. A couple of days ago (before finals started) I got the super-speed glitch for the first time, in which everything happens faster than normal including player movement. I loved it, and for the first time could understand how people have been managing to post 16-0 scores. I couldn't help wondering if that's what it's like for the rest of you all the time, and mine's just slow (without that glitch, I still haven't managed to net a ball in less than 4 seconds).

But the glitch I just got was different - player movement is slow to normal, bit laggy and jerky like it's been all day, but in one of my games the Yooyus started flying about at warp speed. The snowball went at twice the speed of the normal fireball. The goalie had no idea what hit him. It was fun. :P

I don't know about anyone else, but I haven't been able to reach any page on Neo all day. I can reach everything else just fine. I ran a trace, and the route dies at viacom-inc.demarc.cogentco.com [38.96.187.50]. It's unreachable...and very frustrating with the finals going on.

How widespread is this amongst Cup players? What kind of effect do you think it will have on the Cup?

I've had no problems with Neo today. I hope your connection gets better! Have you tried restarting your computer? Sometimes mine just needs rebooted to work properly.

Right now, I'm amused by the Shenkuu Neoboards -- apparently they're calling game goals "punishments" and repeatedly asking for them. Seriously. The board reads like an S&M forum with all the "thank you for the punishment" and "it hurts so good" comments.

Neopets isn't loading for me, either.

But don't block cogentco - that's not an ad page; I think that's the company that hosts their servers.

Actually, I not only shut it down, I swapped a video card in it (for unrelated reasons). I've also done a DNS flush and changed my preferred DNS servers, to no effect. It's a routing problem within Viacom's network (which is to say, Neopets).
