Hit & Heal IIIWelcome, players to Hit & Heal III! First of all, the rules:
Game Etiquette1. This is intended to be a game of strategy, not a luckfest or a popularity contest. Feel free to be as bloodthirsty as possible.
2. I will not penalize any player for inactivity; however, using it as a strategy will be frowned upon.
3. If you will be gone for a period of time, I'd appreciate it if you would let me know by post or PM. I won't put any pressure on this rule, though.
4. If I make a mistake in an update (such as not taking a used item away) and you notice it, please point it out.
5. If you have a question about the game, then you may post it. If it's not something you want the other players to see, you may PM it to me.
6.
Do not edit your action if someone else has made an action since your action. If you break this rule, I will deduct 2 HP from your score and your action will not count.
6b. I may change this rule for specific circumstances.
7. I'd prefer if you made your action as quickly as possible. Waiting until close to the deadline to make your action will be frowned upon.
8. Do not use any outside sources for means of bribery or blackmail in this game (e.g. promises of real-life money, Neopoints, etc.). Doing so is cheating.
9. Do not be in this game under 2 different accounts (duh). If somehow you already are, tell me and I'll remove one of them..
10. Remember, being killed in this game is not an insult, so don't be offended by it.
11. I am completely neutral. Anything I do in this game will be determined with random.org.
Game Mechanics:1. Each round will last approximately
48 hours, unless otherwise noted. If all players have made an action before the deadline, then I may update early. If I miss my update, you may still make an action until I post it.
2. Each round you may make an
action. At the beginning, the only action that you can do is Hitting & Healing.
3. If you Hit somebody, you must Heal somebody.
4. If you Heal somebody, you must Hit somebody.
5. Each Hit will deduct 2 HP from your target.
6. Each Heal will cause your target to gain 1 HP.
7. You may not Hit or Heal yourself.
8. If at any point during a round, a player reaches 0 HP or below, they have
died. They may make one final action that round if they haven't yet, but nothing can save them from death.
9. The most popular format of Hitting & Healing for previous games was the following:

You are not obliged to post your actions like this, but there's something to copy and paste if you like.
10. I will only accept new sign-ups before the start of Round Six. The player will lose 1 HP for each round that they missed.

Game mechanics will change as the game goes along, although they will change in a completely neutral fashion. Expect the unexpected.Items1. When you use an item, you may not Hit & Heal.
2. You may only use items that you have.
3. You may use items on living player in the game, including yourself.
Weak Healing Potion - Heals 3 HP.
Standard Healing Potion - Heals 5 HP.
Wet Snowball - Deals 4 damage to the target.
Peach Snowball - Deals 6 damage to the target.
Celestial Hammer - Causes 4 damage and stuns the target for the following round.
Thyora's Tear - Protects target from all attacks for the following two rounds.
Group Heal - Heals up to 3 players for 2 HP each.
Group Damage - Damages up to 3 players for 2 HP each.
Shockwave - Stuns 3 players of your choice for the following round.
Purple Sticky Hand - Steals a random item from a player of your choice.
Blue Sticky Hand - Steals an item of your choice from a player of your choice, but only with a 60% chance of success.
Drain Life Potion - Drains 3 HP from an opponent and adds them to your own (or an ally's) HP.

Pink Poogle Toy - Causes a random malicious thing to happen to your target.
Blue Poogle Toy - Causes a random benevolent thing to happen to your target.
The Official Kill Point Store1. Kill Point Items are special items that will not be released through random events.
2. You may not make a normal action if you choose to buy something from the KP store.
3. New items may come in stock later.
