I just fed one to my pet now and it was devoured in a single bite. Is it happening to anyone else, or is it just me?

Please excuse me if this is a misunderstanding caused by my ignorance. I've been away from Neopets and PPT for many, many months.

Maybe Neopets has been actually listening to our conversations here...

You're lucky. I can't feed my pets. I just tried to and I got this error.

Database error on select from bd_fights

Yay!

No, that's actually a glitch, that one happened I think a couple of weeks ago? People with better memories (just about anyone here) correct me on the time...but I do know that happened.

I fed all my pets earlier tonight and 1 omelette was the normal 3 servings. So, I guess that's one more thing going crazy along with bd RE opponents, no guilds, no sdb...

I am not a happy camper!

Well, currently I can't even feed my pet an Omelette, I'm getting this message:

Otherwise, last time I checked you still got three bites out of an Omelette so unless its changed only recently maybe its a glitch as the site does seem very glitchy currently!

I guess I can merrily continue to feed my pet things scraped off a rock, then.

I think the site being down every night means that they are either trying to fix the problems being caused by the overload of people brought by McDonalds, or the site is being taken down by the people brought by McDonalds.

Edit: At least PPT is getting more traffic when it comes down.

Sankaras, if it was the traffic, then the problem would show during peak hours like 2-5 and 7-9 (afternoon and after dinner). Not during the middle of the night. It's four am here and 1 am nst.

agrees with Clone. Normally during the week, I find the site to be laggy between around 6:30 until around 8:00 p.m. est. Weekends, when there's no downtime or glitching, the site just runs slower for me (dial up ... Bleh) because there are alot more people on; same with holidays when alot of people have time off.

But this every weekend uber glitch/site down thing is just getting so very old and tired. Sorry, don't mean to sound whiney, I guess it's time for me to go to bed myself (4 a.m. now).

Neopets is always down lately. I mean, if the site is that screwed up that theres glitches every weekend, then I think they should take the site down properly on one weekend (and give everyone a few days notice) and fix everything PROPERLY. Because temporary quick fixes may please people for a bit, but then the site goes glitchy again and everyone's unhappy...
Just my 2 pennys worth :)

But just remember - it may be 4 am where you are - but that means it's 9 am in the UK, 6pm in Australia and other times throughout the day all over the world adn both sites are international.
