((Already sent a PM to Meiou, but please keep in mind that no one else, and I really mean that, can enter the island except for the summoned ones and the magical creatures that already are on the island (to keep Ellamiel company, mainly animals and mythological creatures). Lets just say that the elementals won't be happy if someone else than the summoned tries to get past them after giving them a fair warning))

The rocks pulled themselves together and spouts of flame and ash shot from the creature. Lava began to ooze from the veins as the molten rock pumped through the being. It turned and face Phalan and his party. It was big, even to the dragons, and towered over them with an unwelcoming grimace on it's face.

"What do you seek, child of fire?" it said. For a moment even Phalan was left speechless. Finally his voice came to him.

"We have come to Nondra at the request of the Goddess," Phalan said, somehow maintaining an unwavering voice, "We seek passage from the Gaurdian of Fire."

The creature released a chuff of smoke and spouted flame into the air, "Speak your name, child of fire!"

"Phalan.... Phalan Flamebearer," the dragon responded.

Fea released a puff of ash and turned to face Nondra. With a loud voice that shook the ground he shouted, "Ellamiel! Phalan of the Race of Fire seeks passage to the Holy Isle. What is your decree?"

Ellamiel jumped up from sitting down on her balcony. Hear heart was beating fast of all the excitement, she had never met anyone from the worlds outside.

"Yes, let him pass, he is the coming emperor of Elil" she said with a telepathic link to Fea.

"I can feel the presence of four other creatures near him" she continued, "if one of these is Meiou Fireslasher let him follow with Phalan Flamebearer. The rest will have to turn back".

Ellamiel walked back into her palace with light steps and sat down herself on her bed covered with white satin sheets.

"Have a safe journey Phalan, I'll be waiting for you in my palace in the middle of Nondra" she said to him while looking out to the balcony.

Fea looked down at Phalan as the flames on his body seemed to get smaller and he seemed a bit less cautious. Then he took a step back and bowed down deeply as he realized Phalan would be his coming master as the new emperor of Elil.

"Welcome to Nondra, master" Fea said as he stepped aside.

"My mistress asked if one of you is Meiou Fireslasher, if so, please follow Phalan. Others will have to turn back, unless you want to meet your end here on the bridge" he boomed.

The flames on his body seemed to get larger yet again and you could see magma circling around his body as he stood on the side of the bridge darkened by ash and smoke.

"We will follow our chief," a big burly grey scaled dragon said. The other three reached for their weapons, but Phalan raised a hand to stay them.

"I thank you for your loyalty, but do not be foolish, he would slay you all before your swords had left their sheaths," Phalan warned them, "Go back, return to the people and watch over them in my absence. Coretalon," he said to the bronze scaled grand dragon, "You will command until I return. Come Meiou," he turned and bowed to Fea, "Many thanks Gaurdian," and he walked past to the bridge, and awaited for Meiou.

In a peaceful environment, under a distant yet pleasant sun, filled with thin, heavenly blue rivers that, together with the almost everlasting sunlight, created a gentle climate, a small village was located. In this village, Phithedoiestry, there lived more humans then elves. This was rather a rare happening in Narion, wich was half occupied by elves. In this peaceful town Hector Kiuan, former advisor of narion, and his family lived.

And despite these are all ordinary human beings, on rare occasions a sort of mutated human gets born. These usually possess special and magical powers and live a lot longer then the average man. There are several causes possible: a DNA mixture with an elve, a simple mutation,... The civilians of Phithedoiestry prefer to call it a small mistake in the beautiful life.

"Oxï," an old yet calm and wise person said to an abnormally small elf flying just 10 CMs in front of his nose, "i know i should not have accepted this role before asking you, but they needed me! I'm the only one that knows entire Narion, except for the Gods themselves!" The elf answered with a grieved face, nearly crying: "I know you'd be a great advisor, but that's not the reason why i wanted to talk. You see, when you're going to leave for such a long time, i... i'm going to miss you..." Hylian listened to the small elve that raised him since his natural parents died. They had become greatest friends. "Why don't you come with me?" Hylian asked. "I can't, i would if i could, but i have reasons why i can't join you on your journey." They looked each other in their eyes, Hylian fought against his tears, but Oxï lost that battle hours ago. "Oxï, i promise that i will return. Don't worry about that. Now i have to go, it's a long way to go walking to the bridge to Nondra. Goodbye." Hylian turned around and stepped relaxed, trying to say 'Goodbye' to all the beautiful natural elements of Narion. He turned around once more, looking behind him, seeing all the people of Phithedoiestry as black spots behind him. He waved one more time to all the people he said goodbye to before Oxï. He then turned around with tears in his eyes and left, on his way to Nondra.

((Sorry if i played Oxï as another character, but he'll only come in here once ))

"Goodbye mother, I shall not fail you,"

"I know. Be careful, please?"

"Yes, mother. I will,"

Alias stepped onto the Bridge of Elval, leading to Nondra, where the Gods reside. The water gleamed ever so brightly when the sun's rays gently tapped it. Alias stopped and looked behind her, the lush forest leading into her country, she would never see them again for a while. But she knew what the consequences were to become an Empress, she had to sacrifice everything she loved.

She began to pace slowly along the bridge; it was a long bridge made of the white stone found in the mountains of Leleah. Abstract art was painted so elegantely onto the stone, as if it was meant to be there, as if it was meant for only one thing, to look beautiful. Alias continued to walk slowly across the bridge, her destiny awaited her.

Alias...Oh Alias...

A quiet, calm voice spoke to her. Alias instantly turned around, facing her homeland.

"Who is it?" she said sharply, not letting herself be frightened.

Alias...I've been waiting forever for you...

"What? What do you mean? Who are you?" asked Alias looking in every direction quickly.

I'm...I'm...The cause of your...Of your...

"Of my what?" she asked beginning to become afraid.

Your death silly...

The voice had suddenly become less quiet and less calm. It became demonic.

"What? What are you talking about?" asked Alias who wiped some sweat off her forehead.

Run Alias. RUN

Alias began to run instantly, she had to get to Gods quickly. Something was following her, something wanted her dead. Fast.

She began to speak very quietly and slowly rose her voice, "Help me. Somebody. SOMEBODY HELP ME!" she said as she ran faster.

I'm catching up...Can't your little legs carry you faster?

Alias ran as if she was in a race, as if she was in the Annual Elval Race, where creatures from various regions would compete for The Gold Medallion.

She ran on, not noticing a small rock ahead of her, she fell. She fell onto the abstract art which she admired not too long ago, she fell unconscious.

The dragon reached down and picked up Meiou in his claw, "And now we will fly, to death or destiny!" he said quoting an ancient dragon battlecry. He spread his wings and launched himself into the air, with the human in tow.

((Characters like Oxï are okay, they just add something extra into the story, which is good ))

As Lydia came to the part of the Elval bridge where the elemental Rhé had her guarding place she stopped and looked upwards. In front of her there was a huge stone gate with symbols on it. She couldn't understand them, but knew that they had something to do with both Rhé and Nondra. Suddenly strong winds picked up around her and before she knew it she was standing in the middle of something one could call a tornado.

"Who are you?" asked a strong voice.

Lydia looked around her would couldn't see anything but the whirling around her.

"I... my name... I mean... I am Lydia" she said feeling uneasy as she could not see the elemental she was talking to.

The winds suddenly picked down and disappeared and Lydia could now see a female creature without a lower body floating in the air in front of her. She was still quite hard to see, but her eyes where bright blue and clearly visible.

"Yes, my mistress told me about you, you may go through the gate" Rhé said as she blew gently past Lydia who felt Rhé's hand touching her cheek as the elemental flew up into the air above the bridge.

Without saying anything else Lydia walked through the gate and walked confidently on thinking about what would wait for her on the island.

Suddenly she heard a voice in her head, the same one that had summoned her to Nondra:

"I can't wait to meet you"

Ellamiel stood at the bridge to Elval. While being happy knowing the coming empress of Iséril had just passed the gate she was deeply worried for the empress of Elval that was on the very same bridge but on the other end.

"Rhé, please fly to Alias, I need to know what is going on. Protect and help her if necessary."

She felt the elemental flying further away on the bridge as she turned to face the patch going around the island again. She fell down on her knees and laid her hand against the ground with tear falling down from her eyes.

"Sólith and Amumir, keep my children protected from harm" she said.

It was a bright beautiful morning the sun had just come up over the mountainside and though the tree's and was glimmering accross the lake. Arianna was watching the reflection of a rainbow through the waters. The silence was broken by a loud sqreech through the air, there had been a decree and she was summond to the land of Nondra, she knew the place well but had never been there before. Nondra was the most beautiful place in all the land even more beautiful then Narion her place of birth. Nardra was a holy land and forbidden to ousiders. Arianna swam gracefully to the bridge but could go no further through the waters for it was like their was a glass shield protecting the boarders. From this view the bridges seemed most interesting almost like a spiderweb branching out in all directions, each leading to the center location and captureing those who were not protected.

"I'm ready" Arianna said to herself as she neared the bridge. She had feelings of both fear and excitement. Fear because this was her first time of having to do anything as her newly appointed role of empress. Yet excited to be representing Narion, and being able to do her best for her people for they were all behind her and supported her.

Yes...Now I have...Oh, No...I can sense her coming forth...I must leave...

Alias lay unconscious on the ground, breathing ever so calmly. She began to dream, a dream about her father.

"Lift me hire daddy," Alias whispered in her sleep as she was being swept away by her dad in her dream.

Rhe, the wind elemental flew calmly towards the Empress of Elval. She seemed to be asleep or unconscious, either way Rhé could not tell. She hovered ever so gently near Alias and began to stroke her hair. It was soft as silk, the blonde colour shining as bright as the sun did now.

'What's this?' pondered Rhé as she rubbed her hand along the gem in Alias' necklace.

It shun ever so brightly, it was illuminating Alias' neck. Making it shine and visible for anyone to see.

'Alias, if you can hear me, I am Rhé, the Wind Elemental. I am going to take you to Ellamiel," she said calmly and began to move her hands from left to right.

Slowly, a gentle breeze lifted Alias off the ground and towards the gate.

"Daddy, why are you leaving? Don't you love me anymo..." Alias trailed off falling into her own dream, being weakened by them.

The sun shone brightly over the cascading waterfall which was located in the vast hills of Elval. Aquila stepped out of her tiny cottage in the hills and took a deep breath of clean morning air. She slowly wandered over to the waterfall near her cottage, and quickly slipped her sandals off before dipping her feet into the crystalline waters at the bottom of the waterfall.

She turned her head gracefully to face her cottage, and watched as Rosepetal swiftly flew out from the emerald green forest behind it. Flying on pink tinted wings, the swan landed in the aquamarine waters with only a slight ripple. Aquila gently reached out her hand to stroke the soft feathers of the bird. "It is good to see you again Rosepetal. I trust your family is well?"

Rosepetal bowed her head gracefully, "They are mistress. I thank you for allowing me to check on them." The swan spoke through her mind, her speech was merely a whisper, but Aquila could understand her. "I've been waiting for you friend. We must set out immediately. I have been summoned to Nondra, for what purpose I do not know. I cannot be the Empress or Advisor of Elval, so what would be needed of me? Well, I guess we shall find out, I do hope that you be allowed to accompany me though."

It was mid-morning by the time Aquila and Rosepetal reached the bridge to Nondra. It was pure white, with ancient pictures telling many tales. Aquila stepped one foot onto the bridge, then sunk low to the ground, Rosepetal did the same. Calling out with her mind, Aquila lowered her wings over her body and spoke to Rhé. "Good guardian of the air. I am Aquila, and I have been summoned to Nondra by the lady Ellamiel. I request that you let me, and my companion Rosepetal, pass over this bridge."

Aquila felt Rhé's gentle winds whirl around her, "Thankyou for your polite request lady Aquila. I must ask Ellamiel if what you say is true, for none but the summoned may pass. I shall not be a moment."

As Ellamiel sat on the ground in front of the Elval bridge she saw Rhé coming towards her with a great speed holding someone in her arms. As she arrived at Ellamiel she slowly lowered her body to the ground and bowed in front of Ellamiel who immediately rose up.

"Did you find her? Is she okay?" she asked with a worried tone.

"I am not sure my lady, al though unconscious she seems to have gotten no physical damage on her body. Shall I leave her here?" Rhé asked as she continued.

"Yes... yes, leave her here with me" Ellamiel said while watching Rhe putting Alias down carefully on the ground in front of Ellamiel. Then the elemental flew back to the bridge again leaving the two alone.

As Ellamiel sat herself down on her knees at Alias she quietly whispered "Please, help me" to the two Gods.

Even though one could not believe it she took a steady hold of Alias and lifted her up and started carrying her to the palace. It was quite clear that strength like that in such a graceful creature was powered by something else than her muscles.

As she was walking towards her palace she could hear the voice of Rhé asking her if she should let the two creatures standing at her pass.

"Only the one called Aquila, she may pass" she said while continuing walking with Alias in her arms.

Aquila carefully stood, her wings ruffled at her sides. She felt a light gracious breeze flow around her as Rhé returned. "Lady Aquila, only you may pass to Nondra. Your companion must stay behind."

Aquila slowly nodded her head, then she turned to Rosepetal, who had risen to hover slightly above the ground. She gently hugged her friend, who spoke soothingly in her mind, "Take care Aquila. I will wait here, near the bridge until you return. Rhé is an old friend of mine, who taught me to fly, and she will keep me company. Be off now, Ellamiel awaits."

Rosepetal flew into the sky on her pink tinted wings and began to circle the air, Aquila waved happily and began to cross the bridge. After walking for an hour at least, she finally reached the edge of Nondra. Then, she turned around and bowed low to Rhé. "Thankyou Guardian, take care of Rosepetal for me."

After carefully walking through a light forest, Aquila reached the glorious castle of Ellamiel. Reaching up, she knocked thrice on the stone door.

((I hope it was okay to say that Rhé was a friend of Rosepetal. I'm basing it on the fact that most creatures of Elval, and indeed most creatures of the Air will probably have been blessed by Rhé at some time. And Rosepetal is very magical, that is why she can talk telepathically to Aquila.))
