Hey, I have a pet for you! Hey my pet's not the best battle pet around but at least it can help you through, although that is if you want it. It's name is Kilthok so you can go look him up. I'm slowly starting to give up on neopets especially because of my loss of np and my items deflating. I've been busy for such a long time that I've almost forgotten how to make np! And if by the end of the AC's prizes I don't make at least 1.5 mil then I'll quit.
(Although I'll never do that! My spirit will stay high)
So just tell me if you want this little fella or not. His HP is above 100 and he's a coloured pet.

The pound is STILL down for maintenance.
Well, the person who stole my account abandoned two of my pets and I'm hoping to adopt those right when the pound opens back up. But thank you for you generous offer.

Ouch, I truly feel your pain.
Here's a link that might help you in getting your money back a little faster:
-link removed-Just click "Image Clicks 1". About 42K every 2 days.
NeoPets needs to make accounts freezeable for a week by anyone who has a password that's been on the account in the last 7 days or something. And require a confirmation at the old email address before changing it, if not clicked it can be canceled from the old address or just wait 2 weeks.
Some precautions for security.

Reason: Link removed, by request, as it could be a scam

Thanks for the help...but is this allowed?
(I wouldn't want to get another account taken away. Just being careful
)

Reason: link removed - remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!

Zil, dont get taken in again. I dont trust things that promise tons of NPs a day.
& did you ever get your pet back from the pound?

Yeah, that's what I thought and I was hoping someone would investigate before I mass click things that I shouldn't be clicking...

Zilary,
That really bites. I do hope you can get those two pets, but the amount of vigilance needed to keep an eye on the pound for when its fixed must be stressful.
I have put the pin on absolutely everything. Including changing my email address - so you cant get my pin without the email (which is a completely different password) and you cant chage the email without the pin. A catch 22 for any would be scammer. My pin is also on everything. Bank, shop, pound, equiptment, SDB, the whole nine yards. I'd rather constantly enter the pin than have to start from scratch. THe good news on that is as you know when you log in one one computer, you are logged out on any other, so if I open the browser and portal isnt there, I can get my password sent, log in (which would log them out) and change the password myself. As long as they dont self freeze my account (and even if they do) it should be safe. They only thing they can get is 4 buyable petpets. (I am still trying to talk TNT into putting a pin on "Stop playing with". I will be upgrading my petpets when that happens).
All those pins should secure any account. However I have one very valuable tip for any pin to ensure it. NEVER EVER use any part of your Date Of Birth. Your DOB is visible on your account for a scammer to see. 4 different numbers in random order is your best security.
