I know I complained about how tiny all the pet pictures were...but I'd rather have them all the same size. Plus flash takes a little bit to load and it's irritating to me.

*patiently waits for TNT to make it an option to switch pets back to their pre-redraw look*

They've already said they won't do that. It's in an issue of the NT, I think, but I can't remember which one.

I was playing Bagatelle and won EIGHT million NPs. I was so amazingly happy that I went out and bought a Draik so I could paint it Darigan. However, I didn't know how it would look, so I went to the Rainbow Pool to see and it looked great. As a result, I painted her, but she came out totally different than what the picture shows in the Rainbow Pool. I am VERY, VERY upset because this is NOT the look I was going for! So, I thought maybe you could fix the Rainbow Pool pictures; this way others wouldn't make the same mistake I did. D: Thanks! ~bluecheeseworld
This is being worked on, but the artists are currently completely swamped. They're working hard on the Neopet emotions at the moment, as well as more wearables (which will also hopefully decrease demand and lower prices for the things that are already out). There's also tons of other stuff we can't mention. Remember, the artists have to touch almost everything that happens to the site, and that's a huge job. So, all we can say is that we'll get this done as soon as we possibly can. We know it's important and we definitely don't want anyone to waste their Neopoints on paint brushes they're not happy with. We've not forgotten about it in the least!

We would also like to mention that if you aren't happy with the change to any of your Neopets, don't go hunting for a morphing potion just yet! You may find justice early next week.

Once we launched, though, we launched... that's it. As we've said above, the only Neopets that have the ability to look "old school" are the ones we've chosen in order to keep maintenance to a minimum. If there are specific ones we missed that are EXTREMELY different from how they used to look and you really think they should have the option, let us know and we'll see what we can do. Asking for things like your red Lutari to be reverted, however, won't be considered. (Great name for that Neopet, by the way!)

Besides, 'don't go hunting for a morphing potion just yet!' and the piece from the editorial Moongewl posted seem to contradict eachother in idea. So, whatever to that.

What made me completely shake my head in bafflement at this answer at the time, and still does now, is simply this: Alright, redoing the whole Rainbow Pool will be a lot of work. So why on earth don't they simply put a notice on the top warning people that it is out of date? That wouldn't require any artist time at all. It's yet more of their apparent inexplicable fear of keeping people informed.
