Location: Since it's not a rule to put real info in here to help people, I live in Lala land
I've been trying to go to the shrine twice on the 15th for months now, but I haven't really noticed the greater chances for good events promised. And today was two round of nothing. Has anyone else kept an eye on this? I think it was Neopet's birthday of '04 that they said they'd give better odds on the 15th of every month.

Never heard of any such thing O_o . You sure you're not mixing dates with the theory that prizes are based on time of day?
