Has anyone else bought it? How many people like it? I think I'm still fonder of the original songs, but it's a nice idea. At least they didn't completely butcher it, (well that's subjective, I guess.)

What does everyone else think?

I have it, it's a lot different, but very good! Octopus's Garden is my favorite track, I love how they used bits from Goodnight in it. It's very very good, considering it could of been very very bad.

I love it...my favorite is "While My Guitar Gently Weeps," I actually like it more than the original one.

"Within You Without You/Tomorrow Never Knows" is simply amazing.
However, I have yet to hear most of the album. =/

I intend to challenge you for the title of self-proclaimed #1 Beatlemaniac, Ski.

My mother got the album for Christmas this year and we listened to it on a trip during my vacation. I was pleasantly surprised by it, considering it could have been a complete nightmare. I would even consider buying it for myself, which is saying a lot. Albums have to be really good to get into my music library.

Mine was a Christmas gift too! I can't pick a favorite track...but I do have to say that the Get Back/Glass Onion segway is awesome, the Benefit of Mr. Kite/She's So Heavy/Helter Skelter mix was sweet, and the Come Together/Dear Prudence/Cry Baby Cry mix knocked my socks off.

I'd fight you for that and win hands down, mate. no contest.

I don't think its an album I'd give to my friends if they're not already familiar with the songs. Half the fun is identifying where the different snippits come from.
