*nods* I completely agree, I hate to be a bandwagon jumper too but it has to be said.
I remember when as soon as I saw the news I'd be inspired by something in it, like to go and try for a new avvie, or look up an item for my gallery or something.... now even if there is something semi-worthwhile in the news it doesn't excite me

I left for at least 2 years, cause I got bored, and got tired of the crap, come back for about a year, and the reason I left in the first place...is happening again...

I was thinking what good artwork on the figures and that slushies was a cool idea. When the news is unexciting, I suspect they are devoting their energies to something big and fun.
Something such as visually fun but not very exciting news would not make me stop playing.

Indeed. We all know TNT is capable of making boring news seem mildly interesting. Doesn't seem like they're really trying this time, does it? Remember that day when all their artists were gone or something and THEY had to do the drawings? Now that's the fun kind of news (even though there was really nothing special being released or whatever) we should get from TNT!
And you know, the Altador plot prizes took forever to be released so honestly, I don't think the ToW plot will be any faster. It's just a long wait. And, of course, I say this a lot, but the prizes had BETTER be worth the wait (unlike that Altador fiasco.......).

I hear you Dustin. I think I may follow you. I'm getting really frustrated by Neopets and TNT lately. Their lack of customer service for Premium members is absolutely appalling. For example, a few weeks ago, Premium members could not receive any mail through the Neopets webmail service. I wrote TNT about it, finally got a reply today, and the reply was basically, "Well, you're a moron. Did you look at this and this and this? Well, it couldn't have been a problem on our end because we're amazing and never do anything wrong, so you must really be an idiot"...at least that's the feeling I got. It looks like no one actually read my message, and no one cared. I'm not spending money to be treated like that. [/rant]
