Stardust by Neil Gaiman- I'm about half way through. Pathetically, this is the first novel by him that I've read yet. But it's gooooood.

Isn't it? :D I've been trying to get Good Omens myself, but I can't find it anywhere.

Now I'm engrossed in "A Clash of Kings", also by George R.R. Martin. Characters so delightfully evil...

I'm reading Next by Michael Crichton (it's very good so far.) :)

I'm also reading T.H. White's The Once and Future King for my English class. It's pretty interesting too, but it took me the first few chapters to get into it. :)

*stabs you* No fair. I really want to read that, but my library doesn't have it yet :(

I've just started O Jerusalem, the next in the series I've been reading, about Mary Russell and Sherlock Holmes. Very good.

I wanna read it, but I've gotta buy it first XD

Now that took me a long time to read. I'd have times when I got really into it, and then times I just wanted to throw it across the room. The worst part was when I'd read more than half, then went so long without reading I completely forgot what happened, and had to start all over. Finished it in the end, though, and glad I did. =)

On Beauty - Zadie Smith.

It's okay, really well written but a bit of a slow burner.

Both are past tense but.....

The Telling Pool (David Clement-Davies)

The Cobra King of Kathmandu (P.B.Kerr)

I thought the Cobra King was interesting, and I really want to read the first two books...
I usually read everything in order but I got sent both of these for Christmas, and to be sure I haven't read it, I'm always sent the newest ones. It was just to tempting not to read it just for the order.....

King Rat by China Mielville. It's pretty good so far. It very much reminds me of Gaiman's Neverwhere.

Don't be afraid to see the truth, even if no one wants you to. Be yourself and not a fool. Don't ever be afraid to speak your mind and listen to criticism. Dissent is keeps our country progressive and willingness to challenge yourself is what keeps yourself ever evolving.

I'm reading (for school)...

Stem Cell Now by Christopher Thomas Scott (for Biology)
Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky (for English)
Girl with a Pearl Earring by Tracy Chevalier (for Art History)

Outside of school...I'm rereading Angels and Demons by Dan Brown :)

Yeps, books are filling up my mind...

World War Z, by Max Brooks. Really good zombie-ness.

After that, Empire, by Orson Scott Card.

Glad to hear this...it's coming in my next amazon order, and I was a bit worried about it.

Finished Fairest by Gail Carson Levine yesterday. It was absolutely fantastic, and exceeded my expectations. Just as good as Ella Enchanted.

Right now (literally- I started it about half an hour ago), I'm reading Poison by Chris Wooding. I haven't read any other books by him, but I can already tell that I'm going to want to- his writing style is brilliant, if different from what I usually read.

can't find the sig from this set, so instead, you get a <3 .
