Maybe that means TNT is getting closer to solving the DB issue I'd rather them take things down to make sure everything will work properly, than it stay up and have glitches and things randomly disappearing.

Someone from TNT said that their would be a war.I hope they can update on Halloween before I go Trick-or Treating.

Is it just me, or wasn't there also a Hissi guarding the water plant in the Altador plot? It's been so long since that plot I can't remember... Too bad they couldn't be a little more original here (though the maze is cool when it's working).

I don't know if there will be a war component. I'm training up just in case. I should probably start getting some good weapons before they escalate in price too much.

I went to bed last night during the database error. I awoke and read through 10 pages of plot, 90% of which was people wondering/complaining about the error (nearly identical messages by different users were posted about 30 minutes apart, on the same page!). The mods have already given us a couple of warnings that they'll shut us down if this continues. Please, people, read what's already been posted, and if you don't have anything new to say, don't say anything at all (with the exception of questions that were never answered and have fallen back a page or two). We won't have nearly as much fun on this plot if we have to rely on the Neoboards rather than our beloved PPT!

I don't think it was a Hissi, but I could be remembering incorrectly because I finished that plot months ago as opposed to recently like so many other people...sorry just bitter over the recent news that Altador Plot is never going to close....anyways...back to topic.

I agree, although I was guilty of posting a "OMG the plot is STILL not working" post this morning, it has been said many times. Maybe if the first post had something that said something like "we know the plot isn't working, so please don't post about it. we'll let you know when it's back up!" That may help.

I guess I'll be off watching TV, since holding my breath doesn't accomplice much. Plot won't escape anyway.

Has anyone been able to get to the gypsy camp since last night.. hoping that the site is coming up intermittently..

the neocam has been off since 8:40pm last night... my guess is that is when they quit trying to fix it..

I was online messaging with a coder until 10 PM and said person was online until about Midnight actually. Then came back to work Saturday. Yes I am a bit of a "spy" in that I noticed this person worked 4 hours, took a 1/2 an hour break, and now is back presumably fixing the plot.

TNT said that the Tale of Woe plot would be a war? I thought that tnt said there would be a war for a while for/during the altador plot?

It would be nice to have a war after all these puzzle plots though. Don't get me wrong, I love puzzle plots but a little variation in plots would be nice. We already had 3 puzzle plots in a row now.

people are saying there is a war, others are saying there isnt. I dont know. I'm just gonna wait.

Perhaps halloween night we save the townspeople, and then the war part starts? Not sure who we'd be fighting though... maybe the townspeople would want revenge on Mr. Krawley or the spirit of slumber?

exactly my thinking, if your not caught up with the plot by halloween then your cut from plot because Im geussing something huge is going to happen on Halloween Night

At first I thought It would be a plot/war duo but now I think it's gonna be much like the mystery island plot. But who knows with TNT. Also, on the subject of it being a war, I read a few things in the editorial and went back to find them. Interprete them as you will...

From issue 239 - "Seriously. There is no war planned for quite a while." It was asked before the altador plot so I'd think it isn't "quite a while" yet.

The only fighting I can see happening would be like the LDP. We had to defeat The big Fire Face Guy (can't remember his name). I think we will have to defeat Mr. Krawly like that.
