yes. I agree...those of us who actually worked through it from the beginning should get different *cough better cough* prizes than those who waited till the last possible minute a month later. And I agree as well that I hope they will release it this week.

Hm.. that would be a tad bit unfair, because of time differences, while it may have been found in the afternoon in america, Uk players were sleeping so could only do it in the morning, so they had to complete it 5 whole hours later at the least rather than just 5 mins, now what a bummer that is

The clue was out for quite a while before someone found the correct spell. If there was a way to deduce it (which I'm hoping there was, though I never figured it out), anyone had a chance of being first. That being said, since people plastered the answer on the boards and other forums, many people got it right without actually doing the work (including myself). So I think there is something to be said for not giving extra points to the gads of people who just happened to be on-line when someone else figured it out. But for the 1-5 people who figured it out for themselves at about the same time, I think they should get something extra over the rest of us. TNT can probably figure out based on the frequency of how many people finished the plot at a given time who got the answer on their own and who piggybacked.

But what about those of us who did all the steps of the plot immediatly after it had been found out (ie, when it was first posted on this board) but couldn't finish the last constellation due to other things, until perhaps a month later? Don't you think these people deserve just as good a reward?

I hope there aren't any time bonuses.

I see that us who completed the plot will get our prizes (by goibg to the room w/ king altador) but if those who didnt try wont king altador have no idea what they are talking about?

Well folks, I finished the plot pretty much on the day it was released on this very forum, so long ago I can remember when all this was nowt but fields. Okay it just seams like that.

My question is if it's been so long how do we know it is actually finished? Could there be another part to the plot?

With the Plot, Altador Cup, Staff Competition, Awards Thingy & other things going on in neopia like the movie mountain and new maps. Could they be planning something big, like an even bigger plot and then they dish out huge prizes.

Could that happen?

I highly doubt they have another plot coming so soon. And even if they did, they already announced that they're giving the awards out this week. So it's just a waiting game at this point.

That's right, we are supposed to get our prizes in the Council Chamber. If you haven't completed the plot, you can't get into the Chamber, so if my brain is working today, lol, unless you did the whole thing, you won't get anything

...Except I only did one step for the LDP, and I was still able to access my prizes from that gift shop, despite never actually having the chance to enter it earlier. I joined Neopets very late into that plot, so I don't know how easy it was to access that shop during or before the LDP, but my guess is TNT will probably activate the Chamber room for everyone when they hand out prizes.

thats different, the gift shop was a place and some orginization kept track of your points but if you didnt complete the atador ploy, no one will no what your talking about if u mention any conselation

They should have made the Astronomy Club the place where you pick up your prizes. They could have that stupid quiggle begrudgingly hand them out to us.

I have a horrible feeling there will be no bonuses for when and where you finished...

If this is the case I doubt it will be anything truly exciting or valuable

I just can't believe that we've been waiting for a little over a month now for prizes, giving newer people ample time to start and finish the plot, honestly it's not fair, but I'm not TNT, so I can't say much. But in this month that the amount of people participating in the plot has probably gone up by a 3rd of the original amount, it justs gives TNT more people to figure out points/prizes for, so for them, but for us, cause it just means that much longer for us to be able to claim.

I do have to admit I feel a bit cheated, them putting so much time and effort into the Altador Cup and tallying those scores before they give us our prizes for the plot.

Of course the reason they wait so long to close the plot is so that younger players can have a chance to get things done. Don't forget not everyone on Neopets is as cunning or helpful as we are, or has as much time to be online playing. -and- they did release the plot just as most of the students of the world were studying/writing exams.
