 Post subject: My Premium Disappeared??

I no longer have my portal. It just disappeared. All I can think of is that I pay for premium with a credit card and the bank sent me a new one with a new expiration date. Would that be enough for the charge to get denied? Why wouldn't the neoteam tell me there was a problem? Is there a phone number or email for contacting Neo about Premium problems? *is confused*

yes that would do it, the card you have and used is no longer active after the expirery date and you would have to set it back up with the current card.

If you go to the User Admin area at the Premium part of the site, you should be able to log in (with your Premium username and password) and update your credit card information.

If you're having trouble, I believe you can call

Thank you very much. It was a catch 22. I couldn't look up the numbers because I couldn't access my premium. :)

Here is a little feedback on the experience in case anyone else gets this problem. While I was able to log in and see my account information the section on updating billing info referred me to the phone number listed above. I dialed the number and nothing on the menu had anything to do with billing so I choose the option for setting up a new premium account. Then I sat on hold and listened to music that was breaking up. I was able to play 3 games of Cliffhanger while waiting. But my patience was rewarded and I got to talk to a nice man who was able to update my billing info. My premium is back.

Glad to hear you got your premium back, I'm definetly going to have to keep this in mind when mine expires next year.
