I don't remember if I posted it before, but I've been reading Company by Max Barry, although I haven't read anything out of it in a month. :P

In a few weeks I'm going to be starting The Kite Runner. I heard it was a good book, and the university I'm going to is doing this new program, where all incoming freshmen get a free book (for this year, it's TKF), and while they're not required to read it, they're encouraged to, as it's going to be discussed in the English classes. Plus, it gives a "common ground" for freshen to talk to each other about.

It's a great idea IMO.

The Running Man by Stephen King. And I just finished Velocity by Dean Koontz. I liked Velocity a lot. As for The Running Man, I'm halfway through but it's not pulling any heartstrings for me. There's some memorable moments but I wouldn't read it again.

I'm about halfway through A Mango-Shaped Space by Wendy Mass. It's a really cool book, about this girl who sees letters, numbers and sounds as color.

Fantastic! It's so random and twisted, but at the same time still funny.

Trust me, after you've read this book, you'll never look at Ronald McDonald in the same way.

He's just so good, isn't he?

Read All Families Are Psychotic if you get the time, it's sweet and hurtful and insanely wow.

The Devil Wears Prada.

I wanted to see the movie so I'm reading the book first. It's surprisingly good actually! It kind of reminds me of another book I read, The Nanny Diaries.

I just finished The Undomestic Goddess (Yay chick-lit!) and now I'm starting Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers. It sounds like some really bad cheesy romance novel, but it isn't (although there is romance involved). A friend recommended it to me and it finally came in at the library, :D

Running Man wasn't one of my favorite King books, either. But I just read Velocity as well, that was excellent!
