I just posted on your other topic on the Help section.

The only thing you can really do (apart from tell your brother off) is to contact TNT and explain the situation

Honestly, there isnt much we can do to help you. Tough luck you had there. Just try contacting them and explaining the situation. Otherwise, find other topics here about being frozen, I'm sure some people posted some email addresses you could try and contact. Best think you can do though is start over. I've had to do that 2 times. :)

Well if your brother wasn't actually on your account (and the emails are indeed different) then I would do as the others said and contact neopets about it. Write a polite, well composed, detailed email explaining the situation.

If your brother was actually on one of your accounts (and he didn't hack it), well then tough luck. You shouldn't be giving out your password to anyone.

That depends. He could've gotten onto her computer at home while she was still on.

If you sign on from a shared computer then you should make extra sure to sign off. I still say tough luck.

Now if the brother was smart enough and melicious enough to dig through the computer cache files for the pass (if that's even possible) or install a keylogger without her knowledge, well then that's different. I also find it highly unlikely personally.

Unfortunately according to some comments written by tnt staff , "stories" like my brother or sister or cousin or so and so did it and not me are very common ones , not that I don't believe you but I'm just saying...compose a decently convincing explaination and gdluck I hope you get unfrozen ;)
