I'm not that confident in my method, as while it got me an answer that seems to comply with all the data given, I think it also gave me an unlimited number of other perfectly correct answers too.

AAAUUGGGHHH! I finally found the answer (I feel like such a smurf took me forever to realize HOW to find it) and then I went and automatically rounded down. RAWR! I am off by one stinking number because of their "always round up" rule. DANGIT! :x
