I've been refreshing everywhere in The Lost Desert, but haven't found him yet. Anyone else?

EDIT: I was incorrect, but was going on what they said in the thread in General Chat. It seems now that you must go to:

http://www.neopets.com/desert/ldp/temple.phtml?door=4

and click on any colored door.
