 Post subject: fan art retrieval

yah i have a problem here

i once submitted and sent a picture to the neopets staff for the art section

i dont really want it physically back but it would be nice to have it sent to be digitally back on computer..

does anybody know where and how i can get my pic back?

i seen it in the fan art section once but now i cant seem to find it anymore

You'll have to hunt for it in the Art Gallery if that's where it is. Otherwise, there's pretty much no way you can get it back if you sent it to them and didn't keep a copy.

Just in case:

When you upload something, a copy of it is sent and the original file remains where it is. Check where you saved it, and it should still be there if you didn't delete it.

Did you snail mail a piece of art OR send, via computer, a digital graphic to them?

If you mailed it, I don't think they would have made a digital graphic out of it if they did not use it; it would therefore be lost.

If you submitted a digital graphic, a copy may still be retrievable form the computer in which you sent it from.
