Can you reflect reflected icons?
Example - The Giant Ghostkerchief with its Reflector. If I used a reflector too, who'd get the damage?

Yes, you can (in two-player, anyway), but this.... is getting into some complicated stuff. Read this article at IDB; it even has screenshots to illustrate. (Try to read around the bad formatting... it was written under the old forum system and when they switched over, the code broke.)

Yeah, I find it annoying when against the ghostkerchief because if I try to reflect say air back at him, his prismatic mirror reflects much more back. A simple way of putting it is if I use a 25% reflector, and the ghoskerchief's primatic mirror does I think 75%-100% of everything except physical if I'm not mistaken, then 50%-75% surplus is created so no matter what ghoskerchief will do more than you

There's no reason to ever use a 25% reflector... all the 50% ones (double dryer in air's case) are almost as cheap. :)
