To get to the popularity page just go to Pet Central and click on stats.

UGGGH. If you have one, go to the abandon page and you'll see this:

Caution! Lutari's are not fond of being abandoned! Don't count on them entering the pound!

Does that mean I'm stuck with it on this account forever? I kind of wanted to transfer to my pet account because my of battle pet...

You have to keep all newly created pets for 7 days after they're created don't you? So no one can abandon a Lutari yet, right?
