I don't know about the snowbeast but it is possible to get the drenched by visiting the marquan weather page, if it is rainy that day you'll get the drenched as challengers.

Got the Snow Beast today after a couple of weeks of refreshing daily for a few minutes. Make that a few thousand clicks if you will. It happened on the Advent Calendar.
