Story as of now:
'Because all the live bodies were sold out,' Mewtwo sneers. He throws the Pokeball into the air and releases the great bird Houou from inside. Houou looks over the field and rains Sacred Fire on all but Mewtwo causing -7 damage each. Needless to say, Pichu was incinerated. After all of the death and destruction cleared, the arena shifted to Mushroom Kingdom II, and a scene of normalcy returned.

Simple Attack format: ‘[Character A] attacks [Character B] for-3 damage’ [Do not forget the bold.]

Specials follow the same format where appropriate.

Round 56 Announcements:
1: Requests are now closed. Feel free to view the standings at any time.
2: I am also accepting requests to write backstories for the characters. All characters will eventually get a story, but priority goes to requests.
3: I will be giving 10 points each for any good Ganon, Roy, and Master/Crazy Hand pics that I will use in their character profiles. Source doesn't matter. Could be video game, anime, fan art, whatever.
4: I encourage you to request 1 point prizes from the excess points. Otherwise, I will spend all the points I as see fit. (No other prizes will be handed out this way.)
5: Drop votes are now being accepted. I'm not going to choose who gets left behind.
6: Since we could potentially be on 6 characters next round, I really want your drop votes or else we'll only get two new characters. Just post your votes as you se fit. (Don't forget to read the rules on drop votes on the Request page).
7: Roy may make attacks at the start of the round.

1) Sheik: Triforce of Wisdom: One target character cannot attack or heal for the round. Sheik is automatically immune to regular and weapon attacks.
2) Mewtwo: Teleport: Automatic. Mewtwo can not be attacked or healed this round
3) Roy: Double-Edge Blade: Automatic. Roy can make unlimited attacks this round

Fame, money, power, a rich girlfriend. Mario had it all. He had a killer go-kart. A champion baseball and soccer team. He had nearly non-stop parties. What could be better? Well, maybe by proving himself to be a halfway competent fighter. And that is why he entered the SSB Arena.

To make matters worse, Mario would occasionally don a lab coat and brandish his PhD in pharmacology. That is right. Dr Mario has to be dealt with too.

Roy slices off pikachus ears for -3 damage

Potential SNAFU found and averted this action was before your 1700, but so was this action you made last round. Your later action where you had Roy cut off Pika's ears was on time and counted. You will have to wait ~serveral hours if you want to argue this ruling since I'm off to bed.

The only true tag team to climb into the SSB Arena. The Ice Climbers may not be the strongest, fastest, best equipped, etc characters to try to throw down, but the fact that there are two of them really evens the odds. Watch your back or they can easily double team you.

Being Mario's sugar mama and Koopa's prime kipnaping target is a trying life. Getting fed up with having to help Mario pay protection money to some Goombas and always needing a cough drop everytime Koopa kidnaped her, Peach went totally Patty Hearst and entered the SSB Arena. Interestingly enough, Toadstool Enterprises is one of SSBM's biggest sponsors for some reason.

Toad: +4 HP and reflect the next attack against Peach, or reflect all attacks against Peach for the round
Peach Bomber: -3 damage to two characters
