I was looking through the Beauty Contest board and found someone who said they voted on their main for their friend's pet and would go and vote with their sides for the same picture later. I looked around for rules on side accounts and voting, but I couldn't find anything... sooo

Are you allowed to vote for pets in the Beauty Contest with your sides?

If I completely missed a topic on this or something. Just... lock and ignore me.

My impression was you could only vote from one account.

Its illegal, my friend got iced for that very reason

Based on what I got from emailing Amanda, the person in charge of the beauty contest department, you can pick one account to vote with, but don't vote with more than one account in the same week. I have gotten by with rotating accounts per week. For example because of the cookie grabber scare, I'm not looking at pet pages with my main account if I can avoid it.

I have accidentally voted with two accounts, but I keep track of what species I voted for. Voting for multiple entries of the same species on different accounts is definantly *NOT* allowed. If you do vote for more than one entry of the same species you do risk being frozen.

I would think no using side accounts its cheating.

Most definately against the rules. Much like it is against the rules to vote in the caption contest with more than one account. Don't do it, it's definately abusing multiple accounts and cheating at contests.
