3isba3r - that did happen to me on my 2nd scroll but i think i clicked a scroll twice and broke the sequence. I then re-did the sequence i posted and it worked fine!

I'm not sure, but I think you can visit the chef to get a new one.

Yep, that happened to me, too. My third crystal was stolen from the Pant Devil while I was playing Dice-a-Roo. You have to go back to the chef to get another crystal and repeat everything from the first crystal on.

Do you know, that is the most depressing news i've had. To be honest I'm not sure i can be bothered to go through all that again . . . especially since we dont know if the rewards will be better than the last plot . . . that one was rubbish. I should have fought instead of supporting

That's how I felt, too. I cannot understand why they made something plot important not able to be traded or sold, but it can be stolen. >.< I spent a good chunk of yesterday redoing all my crystal work after encouragement from a friend. It doesn't take too long if you still have all your light info. It took me somewhere between 3-5 hours, I think?

After coming this far, why stop now?

Luckily I do have all my crystal info saved on an excel sheet. Wish I'd saved maps for each scroll . . . only did that with the 3rd crystal.

Well will email it to my home email and if i'm bored on sunday will try it then.

Weird...This is my crystal but I don't see any colors at the top...

could it maybe be yer second useless crystal?

I haven't even completed my first crystal yet...

myname7772 - you need to goto your inventory and click on the crystal to bring it up in the pop-up box where you can decide what to do with it (ie play with it). The picture you see shows you the colours

To see the colours on your first crystal you need to click on it in your inventory. The giant pixellated version of it will have the colours.

I'm currently reading my second set of scrolls (i.e. from the second useless crystal) and I have two green Eyes. Does this mean that the second time I get to that symbol I can skip reading the Blue and Yellow scrolls and go straight to the Green scroll in the location given the first time?

My Scroll Racks are arranged in :
Red
Yellow
Blue

While my crystal is arranged in:
Red
Blue
Yellow

Please help on which one I should use as my guide for reading the order of the scrolls!

Use your crystal to sort by colors first. You will be reading the reds first, but not in tablet order, the way you probably have them written down. Read all the reds in the order they are listed in your catalog. Then do the same for the blues, then yellows.

A question please...

I have gone over and over my tablet and crystal light show, and it always shows up the same. I have checked and checked the colors, scroll rack order, etc. and I still get the same answers for what scrolls in what order, etc. I have checked EVERY rack in the areas I am supposed to go to, in case there was another scroll of that color and symbol there as well..and there isn't. THREE times I have done the second crystals part and every time at the end I get nada for a clue. And again, there is NO combined scroll color for that symbol in the last area. I am completely stumped. I am honestly thinking of writing NeoPets for help but am pretty sure that by the time they got around to even reading it, the plot would be over. My questions are;

1. There are a lot of folks here that seem to have inside connections to the site. Is there anyway they can tell me if the site would look at my mail before the plot ends...and if they would even help?
2. Has anyone heard of anyone else having a glitch in this? And if so, what happened.
3. Can some PLEASE get with me so that I can send them my screen captures, and logic and double check it for me?? I have had a friend do it and she gets the same thing I do (but she is not on this level of the search yet).
