Rohane and Mipsy are currently in terror mountain but I'm not sure if they're strong enough to beat kolvars here's my skills

Rohane lvl 18
Critical Attacks: 4
Damage Increase: 7
Battle Taunt: 0 no skill (+2)
Innate Magic Resistance: 2
Innate Melee Haste: 4

Mipsy lvl 18
Direct Damage: 8
Group Haste: 1
Slowing: 0 no skill (+1)
Damage Shields: 1
Innate Melee Defense: 4
Innate Casting Haste: 3

But Rohane and Mipsy are both close to level 19! :)

Hey Pat, where are you and general nonsense going? I guess to the festivities of sophisticos!

Level up to levels 20 or 21.
And be sure to get Talinia join your party!
I beat him at level 20 and all I used were damage potions!

Okay that's going to be quite easy because I have a long way to go til kolvars and I'm training a lot! :D
But for Mipsy should I add some extra points on group direct damage? or should I just stay with direct damage? o_O also for slowing and haste which on should I get? because I could slow the enemy then haste making me go so much faster! :)

Train direct damage.
And also train haste because that really helped me!
You could also try slowing Kolvars a bit with a potion...

I can do 49 damage with Mipsy and Rohane's got critical attacks raised and that can do 41 damage so I guess kolvars won't be a problem! :D
I think I should increase Mipsy's melee haste because then after I cast damage shields she can have more time to do direct damage o_O

Yeah I guess I will train damage shields after 6 points on melee defence and 6 points on haste! :)
What about Rohane I couldn't be bothered spending any skill points on stunning strikes but I'm going to after I get Talinia

I was looking at Digifort, the IDNQ, and I noticed something about Hubrid Nox's castle, saying that it was Neoquest II torture, it doesn't actually look that bad, though... The levels are small and it doesn't take long to get to the top. What's really wrong with that, and is it really woth skipping it, becuase it looks like it will give you lots of experience.

The problem is that the monsters there are dangerous and hard to kill relative to the level of experience they give. Nox is not terribly dangerous if you are at a decent level, but is tedious because he heals all the time.

That said, I've never skipped Nox even in Insane. Dunno why. Just seemed like my game would be incomplete somehow. :-)

That said, I suggest that if you need to level up to face Nox, DON'T do it in his tower. Like I said, his various minions and body parts are unsually difficult and dangerous. I always go past the tower, level up in the swamp beyond it (which has very safe, high XP-giving monsters) and then backtrack to kill Nox.

Is there a particular guide I should be following?.
I'd like to start a game of Neoquest II on my new account, normal mode, all the way to insane. To be honest I'm just in it for the prizes.

Is Neoquest II really that hard?
What time did you beat each mode?
How much neopoints did you roughly make off of it once you were awarded the prizes?

Savings→ N/A.

It's not hard, just time consuming. The prizes for Normal are pretty bad, but they get better once you're playing Evil or Insane.

This guide is one that I use.

You also get NPs when you beat each boss, though it's not much.

Gone, forever.

I've just restared on Evil.

Few questions though.

1. Has Fathers Sword been downgraded now?

1b. Does it only deal insane damage to KT2 or will I be able to do decent damage to normal

2. On evil, do monsters randomly drop weapons in the later chapters?

The answer to 1 is yes I think. 1b I'm pretty sure is no. 2 is definitely yes--and if you're lucky you'll get a weapon or armour in chapter 1 like I did.
