I got this when I went to do a snow faerie quest.

"The Snow Faerie's Quest

SECURITY ALERT!!
When doing a quest, you cannot have more than 60 items in your inventory."

Security alert. What is wrong with having that many items in your inventory? I mean I know I shouldn't have more than 50 but why is it a security alert?

Weird. No idea. Maybe it's just to get you to clear it out?

so have you not be able to do the quest? maybe it's a way to ensure that you do have less than 60 things in your inventory

You get a message similar (if not exactly) like that when you try to buy from a Neopets shop and you are carrying more than 50 items. Maybe TNT do that to get people to lower the items in their inventory so the site doesn't lag. *shrugs*
My idea, atleast.

Hmm, maybe because if you dump things out of your SDB into your inventory you can have more than 50 items and that's what a scammer might do if they are in your account and trying to send off your items? It's just a guess, but that's the only reason I can think it might be a security alert.

My guess would be that it's there because if you do a quest and your invetory is full perhaps it is unable to give you your prize and they put the warning there so people don't complain about being cheated after completing a quest and not getting their prize? I don't know though...

And yet I don't get my Jhudora prizes even though I have way less then 50 in my items. :x

Thats really weird though. I didn't even know you could have more then 50 in your inventory.

hehehe, i once had like 150 items in there, because if you do dailies, then forget about emptying out the junk stuff, and then clean out your sdb, it does let you go over, but you can't use quickstock if you have over 70 items, it took me 3 days to move all the stuff by hand *shudders*

If you see my sanity, get it to give me a call.

It's a really old message they made when you had over the designated amount of items and you tried to do one of Taelia's quests. :)

Nothing to worry about. Just move a couple of items until you're under 60 in your inventory.

The reason I had some many items was because I cleaning out my SDB and restokcing my shop but neopets went down right as I clicked the quickstock button.

I bet cause they think you're gonna buy the item(s) for the quest but your inventory is overfull.
