this newcastle guy is a pretty well-known scammer who got frozen many times in the past. he neomailed me once asking if i go on AIM but other than that, i can't verify the truth of what others said abt him.

however, spamming dungs at anyone, including scammers can be viewed as harassment. if you think that the scammer deserves to be dunged, you are doing so at your own risk as your action can be used against you.

Hi Mystique! I've heard alot of things about that person, all you have to do is lurk on the BD.

As far as sending dung or sludge to someone you don't like for whatever reason, that's been going on as long as I've been on the site. Many people on the trade board do that and have forever it seems if they get begger mail or junk offers on their trades. As well as just in general, if someone doesn't like another person they'll do that, and try to get all their friends to do it too.

Me? I couldn't be bothered. I'm no 0:) , but at the same time a) I'm too lazy to go on the shop wiz to buy this stuff simply to send it to someone, and b) I know I'd feel really upset/angry/bad if it was done to me. I never thought about the harassment issue, but I do believe you are correct, it probably could be considered a form of harassment.

yeah, the best way to deal with scammers is to just report them. don't even let them know you are going to report them and definitely don't post or create a din abt it. i am equally distrustful of scammers and the support staff and i am not confident the support staff can look into matters clear enuff should scammers decide to get back at me.

edit: opps...din notice...Hi there, everconfused
