I think they are having to wait untill Desert plot is over, and possibily Darkest Faerie plot. Which would put as at the very end of the year.

Though! If it is a Spider as our next pet, I'd suspect we'll see it in a month or so.

Well, that's just it, we don't know. Fora ll we know they'll introduce three pets. My guess would be if there are three, it'l lbe Llama, Spider and somethhing else.

I don't care when they actually release the winner as a pet, I just want to know what it is! I've got pets stuck in limbo waiting for me to ditch them, paint them, or save up for an eventual morphing potion. They promised to do that much ages ago.

I love the spider, as I love all arthropods, and I did vote for it, but It doesn't look like a neopet. It's drawn too...realistically? I guess?

They said they'd make a couple into new species, I think the three winners should be made, and one of the absurd ones (like the flannzoo or even the hughman) should be made into, like, a lab-only species just for fun (come on, we NEED an entire species that's just a gag, like the neopet equivalent of the rock petpet.
