I think the head & shoulders hint relates to the position of the MP

To me, none of the clues point to anywhere. All of them mentions a head, so yeah, like stamp said, I know the position of the MP...but...??o_O


Edit: I got it! Heh. Oops. Thanks for the hints, without them I'd probably have blown up with all my dumb frustration when I don't find it before I go to bed!
