Snowy looked at the other wolf and nodded her snowy white head as she also had thought she heard some thunder. She sniffed, she smelled other wolves around, but didn't pay much attention to them b/c she was worried about the owner of the dog. Being raised with humans, she knew how they acted & her pack was hunted by some every year. She didn't want the other wolf taking the chance even though she said she was hungry. "How about you & I go hunt some caribou to take your hunger away. Forget the dog, you attack it, the human will attack you." She didn't want to scare the other wolf, but Snowy knew that was basically the outcome if she attacked or not.

Alu flicked her ears back, and pushed herself deeper into the bushes. So, humans were here. The lightning had given it away, and it did not smell like it was storming.
She whimpered softly, wishing her mother or even her brother were here with her.

Snowy looked at Kara & said nicely to her, "I'm Snowy, Kara. What do you say we get away from these flee bitten vermin now?" Snowy barked a laugh at what she had called the "humans".

Merle hesitated for a few seconds, sniffing the air. She smelled some 'dog', 'human' and quite a number of strange wolves.
Her tail shivered, but then she followed the white wolf.
She re-appeared next to the white wolf. Her ears moved back when she saw another black and white wolf, when she was saying,
"I think I smell some other wolves.."

(Wasn't me! Alu's the same as she was last wolf role play I was in... how long ago was that? Anyways, right now, she's cowering in the bushes...)
A howl came to Alu's ears. She pressed herself lower as she interpreted the message. Then she answered.
I'm friendly... where are you?
She glanced around, realising she had given her position away. But no one came, to take her away, or to help her.

Snowy stopped when she heard the howl of another wolf. She howled back lightly just so the "humans" wouldn't hear them. In her howl, she said, "Hello, why don't you come & join us?" She looked at Kara after she had finished her howl; Snowy sensed other wolves about that weren't in her pack, but she wasn't worried she could handle herself.
*Sorry, I could change my character if you want & then I won't be a white wolf like a lot of people. When I rp with Snowy its always that she's white.*

[[Heh, yeah, the white wolf thing is kinda getting overwhelming. A pity I'm part of it... I seem to be with the same problem, I always play the same character in wolf RPs. Heh... this is funny... my dog, whose name is Wolfie, recognises the word wolf, so I can't read my post out loud to see if it sounds good or he'll come trotting over, looking for walkies... he's so cute

[OOC: That's a bit like me, too, I always use the same wolf in wolf RPs, (except ocassionasly Tael and Tatl) Raspy, which is actually based after my white Lupe.]
Raspy was suprised with all the responces she recieved, but howled a return anyways.
I am beside the river. Where along it I know not.
Continuing the original howl into a rather lengthy one, she continued.

Snowy heard the other wolf howling to her & thought of her own pack. Her mate & baby were somewhere she didn't know about & so was the rest of her family & friends. She howled back saying, "No, I'm looking for my pack, but you can come along if you want too." It was strange for her to see so many other wolves in one vacinity. With her pack she would only come across about one other pack & that was basically it.

(I've always used Alu... and Aluq, but he basically looks like Alu, all white with blue eyes. So many white wolves! LOL)
Alu listened to the other wolves' replies. "No pack. My mother, brother, and I were outcasts. I am looking for them. She carefully stuck her head out of the bush. Nothing else was nearby. Slowly she crawled the rest of the way out, then sniffed for the river the first wolf had howled about.
