If it was going to work, it would have to be set up more like the McD's game than the current "multiplayer" games (geos, armada, etc.) just for time's sake. Coordinating the multiplayer tournament games is difficult, and my experience has been that the most you can hope for is making one or two moves per day. At that rate, a game of Cheat would never be finished in a week. Real-time playing like in the McD's game, however, would be a lot of fun.

just as long as they don't let you talk to the other players... then people would begin referring to it by an *alternate* name...

It is just that there are too many pairing of opponents and time consumed. That's why there is so little... Sad huh?
