The Overview
First off I would like to thank you all for taking a look at this post and also to thank SL for allowing me to do this. Hopefully this is cool with the battledome mods too . PPT Pet Battles is a battledome tournament that will give chances for pets of all levels to participate and have equal chance to win. There will be a minimum of 500,000 NP in rewards !!! Now before you read any further please take the time to take a look over the rules:

And onto buisness
Okay so now that you have read the rules... hopefully, i will explain entrys and such. Of course the tournament will be held after the war ends and everythig is cooled down, but in the mean while, im taking submissions and donations to the tournament itself. If you are interested in joining the tournament all it takes is a PM or email to mailto:stoodder@gmail.com entitled Pet Battle Entry. Just send me your neopets username, the pet which you will be entering, and your PPT username. Thats really all you will have to worry about. Also if you have a level that crosses over(if you read te rules you would know) then i will send you an email asking which ranking you would prefer to be in. Prizes goto the top three places. Any person who does battle please send your screen shot of your battle either via PM containing a link to the image or through email(mailto:stoodder@gmail.com) with the screenshot attached. Also if you would like to be a PPT Pet Battles official, please PM me or email me(you know my email) why you should be and what experience you have with PPT. Now dont get me wrong its not an easy job... well actually it just consitsts of you telling me if anyone is out of line or forwarding any battledome results to me, but the help is still very appreciated. Just if you are wondering, PPT Pet Battles Officials are also allowed to join the tournament, anyone is.

For the Donators...
Alright and so for the donators you will not go without being reward, for you are the most important people of all! If you donate, 1-7,499 you will get a bronze PPT medal, if you donate 7,500-14,999 you will earn a silver medal, and you will earn a gold medal if you donate 15,000 +. Not to mention, the top 3 donators at the end of the tournament will also be rewarded with prizes . Donators and this tournament are what will really get this going, so if your are a participant you may want to donate too or even spread the word onto your friends.

Well I hope this kinda gives you and exciting little jump in your stomach XD for any of those you love to battle.. and those who may not. It will be great experience for all none the less.

yet another update on the tourney, just want to give a huge thanks to Slash27 and all the other donators for donating 108,000 so far, currently we have 14 participants and really hoping to get more! so if your interested just send me a PM of your neopets name, your pets anme, and your PPT username(if you have one), i mean what a better waym, free neopoints just to have battles against pets of your strength level.

Hey guys once gaian anothe rupdate and a rather aweosme ne, we finally reached the 20 participants makr! infact we now have 21! which rocks cuz my minimum goal before i set a start date is 25, im hoping to get this tournament underway within the comming week or so, so we'll see, of course i will be contacting all of you

also much thanks to our donators! we have ifnlaly reached the 200K mark! w00t. BIG thanks to ickessler for donating an ultra golden nerkmid, resulting in a 80,000 profit!

we're still lookng for more participants htough so if you have anyone tell them to come on over, it hsould be fun for all.

also just though ti might say, we're prob gonna be getting rid of the ultra-light catagory and splitting the prizes up between the two rtankings above it, hwe dont have any participants for that ranking*notes for next time8 and so that my update

How come there is no meniot on the banning of Chia Flour, Eraser Of The Dark Faerie, Slorg Flakes and Kacheek Flour in the rules?

Jeeze I would hope those things are automatically banned from a torunament. If they're not I'll still fight in it, but anyone who would waste an eraser on my pathetic set is just throwing good NP away.

Lenny_mas_Grande walks to the center of the battledome ring, wearing a luchador's mask (which does absolutly nothing to disguise his appearance) and taunts the crowd, calling them filter-taunting-words and "new member" wanna-bes and saying that the arena smells like cabbage.

They go wild, pelting the arena floor with pickled olives and rotten omelettes!

ah i knew i forgot somehting, they will defintily banned, ill update the rules later tonight, can you guys give me a list of all the item sthat should be banned for sure(be honest) im pretty buisy

Just say "Banned: Any lasting effect weapons on pets (i.e. slorg flakes, etc)"

Alright guys so the battle rules have been updated and all lasting modifiers have been completly banned. any person who uses somehting of that sort ina battle should be reported immediatly.

Hey, can you post the tournament tree so we can see who we'll be battling?
Also is it single or double elimination?

because there isnt many people in each section i am hosting the tournament round robin style, and yup im goign to be posting tournament setups today, and tommmorrow i will be sending out PM and neomails asking whoever is inbetween ranks whcihc one they woudl liekto join, so the final listing will be done tommorrow, which is when i will sne dyou who you are to battle gaainst

I'm generally on the internet from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Neopian Standard Time of course, and can battle during that time. If needed I might be able to be on two hours earlier or later.

Free round eh? that means i don't have to fight this round, or it means automatic victory for that tier? either way, that's conveinient.
