I hate it when this happens.
Only when wars come around I remember to train my pet.

But when you think about it, who are the ones who would buy codestones at this time? Those who are chose warrior, and they most likly have strong pets.
Since str boosts are farther apart with a strong pet, and not to mention a lot more codestones and waiting time, I think anyone with common sense won't buy them; it won't do them any good if they aren't near a str boost - they just won't have enough time.

I been waiting for this time for so darn long.. Finally the prices are sky rocketing not that i am happy about it but just that i don't train. I depend on good ole Lab Ray. Haha

Anyway, i have to be happy.. I do have 40+ codestones in my SDB. HEHE !

They'll break the 8k mark, I'm sure of it. The last war was so short and so... pointless, yet people went crazy with training!

If this war lasts long enough, people will continue to train up. That extra 1 hp can make all the difference.

I'm so glad I've given up on wars and training, I refuse to pay nearly 7k for codestones, that's absolutely unreasonable.

I refuse to put all my money into training my pet just to receive a t-shirt worth 500 np for all my hard work as a war prize..

That's why there's such a thing as the Lab Ray. You let that annoy you to no end before even trying to waste NP on codestones and dubloons Well, sitting on four codestones + a 2 dubloon coin on my end, I guess you take NP where you can get it easily...

And yes, agreed. Didn't TNT say they would be showing us the war prizes before the war started? Or was that something else?

Wars aren't about the profits (only for codestone restockers maybe), but about the fun and the nice trophy in your lookup

It's a market economy -- the unceasing demand for codestones fuels the price rise (in fact, its only the sheer volume of the market that prevents the prices rising at an increased rate -- there are enough people to slow down the increase in prices).

If somebody had enough NP to monopolise the whole Codestone market (ie buy every single codestone out there), there would still be people willing to pay 10k / stone. And there would be enough of them to make the arrangement profitable.


AFAIK, you can't restock codestones. They aren't sold anywhere.

Other than that they aren't sold anywhere, but are still given out quite frequently by tombola and REs.

What I meant was ppl who buy cheap codestones from other people's shops. I don't know the official term if this isn't called restocking

You can restock codestones from the igloo for about 500np and they usually stock in groups of 10-20ish. That's why I have a bunch in my SDB.

I've noticed I've been getting about 3 or 4 codestones from REs though for about the past week. Maybe they have bumped up the frequency?

I just found a main codestone in someones shop for 750np
I needed 4 to train to my next level

That has been dubbed "reselling." And, there are lots of resellers out there (*raises hand*).

Hmmm...I guess training my pets is outta the option.

Same here. I have gotten quite a few from RE's in the past three weeks. And stashed them in my SDB for a rainy day.



Last time I looked dubloons hadn't gone up much in price. Can you train at the Academy? Or are your pets above level 40?
