I seem to remember that we could do it in February, and then again in March, but not until about the 14th or something like that.
Maybe it'll be active again later in the month

At least they had it activated for two months in the first place.

It may come back still. I mean, the page is still there in a sense. If they really wanted to get rid of it, they'd just show a big 404 there or something.
