Yes, I have, actually! I got quite a few on Eyrie day when training my Eyrie. :] I believe the highest I have gotten is three, but, honestly, I can't remember... so I just put three. :P

I think I've had one super bonus three before, when I was training my pet I was getting a super bonus two every 4-10 upgrades I was doing.

No, I don't really train too much. I used too, but not anymore. Now I just wait for luck to come my way via the shrine or RE's. A super bonus would be nice though. *dreams*

I've gotten three points just once, I've gotten two points a couple of times but other than that, pretty much nothing. I rarely ever get a bonus, mostly because I don't really train everyday or anything. :P

I've gotten a bunch of the regular 2 point bonuses (so many I lost count), but I think I got 3 points once. Pretty sure it was for my Draik's level.

Yes. While usually good, it's annoying when you have to gain a level (stat goes above lv*2) or pay more (level breaks a threshold).
