In the BTY, it reveals a rather nasty quote made by Mr. Chipper, who is not actually so Happy-Go-Lucky.
He seems to be just like the Neocola Machine, innocent, but evil underneath.

Anyway, do you think he's linked with any soon-to-be-released plots?

I think that the evil "mok" is going to murder Illusen, causing all her rewards to skyrocket. Then he will tie up the battle faerie and stick her in his cart, so that she can not stop him when he goes after Dr. Sloth, who turns out to be a really nice guy who has just been protecting Neopia from the evil Moks (with a (temporary) name like that, you gotta be evil). It becomes apparent that only Krawks can harm the Moks, so we have a war between the Krawks, who join Dr. Sloth, and the wicked Moks. Then one little Mok (whose name is Ernim), who can't understand why we are all fighting, straps a peace bomb to his chest. When it goes off, all the Moks turn into loving, cute, little, fuzzy, cute animals that preteen girls can cuddle. Meanwhile, Ernim is in ICU with 3rd degree burns and the battle faerie iss in the ice cream cart with 3rd degree frostburns. One afternoon, though, the doctors give up on him, so they take him out for his last ice cream before they euthanize him. When they open up the ice-cream cart, though, the two helpless heroes bond together and become the sweetest, little sword wielder this side of neopia. But when we discover Jelly world....

Yeah, but it seems like the type of plot they would have, only theirs would be a bit tamer.

I think it's totally possible, all except the "Mok" killing Illusen. I refuse to believe that bit because I like the "mok" and don't want to think it as evil, and I like Illusen and I'd rather she stayed around.

I know you "think" that the Mok is cute, but look at it. It's a weasel. And it has to kill Illusen to make room for a new faerie quest. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Nuh-uh, I'm going to go on living in my nice little bubble having tea parties with Illusen and snuggling cute otters.

Although come to think of it, a new faerie quest might be good . . .

Mr Chipper's face peels off and reveals Dr Sloth.

*pulls out laser and runs off to Krawk Island, followed by 50% of the Neopian population...all bransihing rocks and other weapons with signs saying "Death to the Usul"*

Eh, if you go to his cart, you can see he's not so happy. It says if you don't have a coupon to run away very fast.
