Seeing as practically everyone here has gone through some sort of neopet-related ordeal, I was wondering if you guys could help me with mine. =)

Well, quite some time ago, I decided to send in a Parental Consent Form so I could have more access such as password retrieval(I'm terribly forgetful and I didn't bother to write the password, out of carelessness >_< I therefore forgot the password, and can't get in since) and neomail, etc. So I sent it in and after over half a year nothing has happened.

So I decided to e-mail the staff. After a couple weeks, the staff replied, but they COMPLETELY dodged the question. I e-mailed again, and another person replied, but yet THEY STILL dodged the question. I decided to just wait, and I was thinking of sending in another request form, because the last one I messed up a little when my dad put in the date and I put my birthdate, we accidently switched the month and day for each one. :-/ I figure that *could* be the problem.........any suggestions? Should I carry on with sending another? Any help is appreciated greatly.

Jack: Put it away son, it's not worth you getting beat again.
Will:You didn't beat me. You ignored the rules of engagement. In a fair fight, I'd kill you.
Jack:That's not much incentive for me to fight fair, then, is it?

Yep, send another. I did and the second one worked two days later. Are you faxing or mailing it. I faxed mine so that may be a factor o_O

I faxed mine. But anyway, thanks lots! =)

Edit:
Is there any way to put the form on a disk? o.O
My brother's computer is hooked up to the printer and so I need to get the file over there; he doesn't have the internet working on there so I usually put my stuff that needs to be printed on a diskette...
Anyway to do this with the form?

I think not, there is no way to get a parent's signature that way. =(

? My apologies, as I don't think I defined my question properly. I meant to say, is there any way to put the form on a diskette, so I can put it on my brother's computer and then print it out(and thus be able to get the signature and then fax it)? Likely not, but I'm giving it a shot. :)

well, there is one way I think... You'd have to take screenshots and put it on paint, then take the second half and match it up perfectly...

I heard that sometimes if you copy and paste tables Microsoft Word will keep it...

Okay. Thanks, I'll try that then. =)

Edit:
I hope this works. I'll be very happy to retrieve my long lost account-I was so close to the pack rat avvie!

If you go to the parental concent page and right click and pick "save page as" it will save the internet page to your computer. I am assuming you could then grab this file and move it to your disk. Or, you could PM me your email address and I could attempt to send it in an attachment and you can then try to put it on a disk.
